Director of Operations for Development
We are looking for a new addition to our great team. We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Operations for Development at our headquarters in Garden Valley, TX.
The Director of Operations for Development is a key member of our donor development team and is responsible for building and managing the operations of the Development office including:
- Monthly direct response program via web and mail
- Implementing donor-related messaging throughout ministry
- Communication pieces
- Systemizing information for the creation of a Development funnel of prospects
- Implementation of the CRM tool
- Donor research
- Donor stewardship and data entry
- Development reporting and tracking of ROI
- Oversee activities of the Events Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of staff and interns for the completion of department goals
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Battle Cry donor website and monthly direct response program
- Update metrics and maintain oversight of the Development budget including ROI calculations for direct response, events, and capital campaign activities
- Integrate the donor development message into Teen Mania marketing pieces and overall web presence, including Battle Cry e-newsletters
- Manage a variety of out-source and vendor relationships
- Provide marketing support for the major gift program
- Creation of the Development funnel tracking prospects, conversion rates for each group, and identifying top prospects for major giving.
If you have had direct exposure to Teen Mania Ministries, a growing personal relationship with the Lord, persuasive oral and written communication skills and a strong background in web development or database integration, we may be looking for you!
