"It was FREEZING cold and the rain was relentless. We were drenched and the wind was biting but we made a loud stand for God. A passerby was so caught up in what we were doing that he stopped (a youth worker in inner-city Detroit). We may have been cold but the fire there was HOT! Even when our generator died (killing the sound system) halfway through the rally, that couldn't crush the Spirit of all the teens in attendance who were fired up for God!
We even had a group of teens showing their protest signs and battle cry flags all along the busiest street downtown to all those leaving work at the end of the day! We were encouraged by several stopping to read our messages and join in cheering and honking! It was great!"
