IT Developer

(Posted 10-2-06) Teen Mania Ministries is currently searching for an experienced, creative and roll up your sleeves developer. We are embarking on an aggressive growth plan and we need the right IT professional to take us to the next level.

TMM is a multi-faceted organization with three main Strategic Business Units:

1. Acquire The Fire stadium events (BattleCry) and arena (ATF Run to the Battle) events
2. Global Expeditions teen life transforming international mission trips
3. The Honor Academy year long internship and development program
   

ATF TV is also aired worldwide each week, and is produced by TMM's Center for Creative Media.

General Qualifications:

While we expect that you'll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:

1. SQL Programming experience, preferably using Microsoft SQL server technology
2. Troubleshooting experience supporting database applications. Must be versed with writing queries Experience with Microsoft .
3. Net programming
4. ASP.NET experience
5. HTML and Web programming experience
6. Knowledge and experience with Sharepoint highly desired
7. Microsoft CRM experience a plus
8. Bachelor’s degree/Technical School or equivalent work experience
9. Customer service focused
   

All candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Tyler, Texas area.
